T-section foils focus the lightening or colour on the top and front of the head, the areas that catch the light and frame your face, giving a noticeable lift in less time and for less than a whole head service. Multiple colours are included in the price.
What are T-Section Foils?
Foils are placed through a 'T' shaped section, running along the parting and around the front hairline, rather than through the whole head. It's a great way to introduce brightness and dimension without the time or cost of a whole head service.
The Process
Consultation - we agree how much lift and brightness you're after through the T-section
Weaving & foiling - sections through the parting and front hairline are woven and foiled
Processing - foils develop for around 20-30 minutes
Removal & toning - foils are removed, hair is rinsed, and toned to the perfect finish. A blow-dry or cut can be added on top for an extra charge
Ideal For
A quicker, more affordable introduction to foils
Adding brightness around the face and parting
Topping up lightness between whole head services
Multiple colours or tones in one appointment
Aftercare & Maintenance
Because T-section foils don't cover the whole head, some clients find they need a top-up sooner around the hairline than elsewhere. We're happy to advise on the best refresh schedule in salon.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is T-section foiling suitable for all hair types?
It works well for most hair types and is especially popular for shorter styles, where the top and front sections are what shows most.
Why is T-section foiling less expensive than a whole head?
It covers a smaller area, focused on the parting and front hairline, so it takes less time and product than a whole head service.
